In this yoga class, we are unifying breath, mind and body with slow controlled movements, mindful transitions and stillness. We will explore the subtleties of our practice to identify and undo habitual patterns of movement to create a balance of strength, stability and mobility. Each class is unique, and we will go deeper into a family of postures or movement. Suitable for all levels
