Yoga Classes
In my yoga classes, we are unifying breath, mind and body with slow controlled movement, mindful transitions and stillness. We will explore the subtleties of our asana practice to identify and work with our habitual patterns of movement to create a balance of strength, stability and mobility. Each class is unique as we go deeper into a family of asana or movements. You will be encouraged to work at your own level and to honor what you need on any given day, whether that means physically challenging yourself or allowing yourself to focus more on releasing stress and tension.
